Open Question: googles being stupd and weird?

so whenever i type something into google and press the link it takes me somewhere else. like if i type in song lyrics it takes me to a credit web and i ran a security check on the computer and found out i had 3 virus i got rid of two but ones still not going away. it says its win-spyware and it says it repairable but when ever i press repair it wont go away any idea what the hell this is and how to get rid of it?...
